1. What is the purchasing process?

The purchasing process is very easy, just follow these steps:

  • Add the products you want to purchase to your shopping cart; the button is located on each product page.
  • When your order is complete, click Checkout . This will take you to a page where you can fill in your shipping information.
  • We'll present you with three payment options: PayPal Plus, Credit Card, or Bank Deposit. Choose the one that works best for you.
  • You should then receive a confirmation email.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

Payment for the Product may be made by credit card, PayPal Plus, or bank deposit.

3. To which states do you ship orders?

To the entire Mexican Republic.

4. Do you ship internationally?

5. Who will deliver my order?

The supplier that fulfills the orders is Estafeta.

6. What is the delivery time for my order?

  • Once your order has been processed and payment confirmation has been received from your bank, the purchased item(s) will be shipped via Estafeta parcel service.

  • You will receive your shipment within 3-5 business days of receiving your purchase order. Saturdays and Sundays are not valid for processing orders.

7. What is the shipping cost?

If your purchase is less than $75 USD, shipping will cost from $10 USD , if it is more, shipping is free.

8. How can I track my order number?

You will be sent a shipping notice via email containing the tracking code and information to check the status of your package.

9. I would like to change the shipping address of my order

Write to our customer service, and if your order hasn't been shipped yet, we can change it.
